Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This policy describes how the 0.10 Exhibition website, AR pages, VR pages and 360 tour handle data. The project is a static cultural and artistic experience created by Remi Petitjean. It does not offer user accounts, comments, checkout, newsletters or contact forms inside this website.
Who Is Responsible For This Project
The project is created and maintained by Remi Petitjean. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact options available on remipetitjean.com.
Data Collected Directly By This Website
This website does not ask visitors to submit names, email addresses, payment information, messages or profile details. No direct analytics, advertising tracker, newsletter script or account system was found in the project files reviewed for this policy.
The language choice may be stored in your browser as local storage under the key
malevich-language. This value stays on your device and is used only to reopen supported
project pages in English or French.
Technical Data Needed To Load The Site
When you visit the site, the hosting provider and content delivery services may receive ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, date and time. This is used to deliver files, protect the service, diagnose errors and keep the experience available.
This project does not control every log kept by hosting, CDN or browser infrastructure. Those providers retain technical logs according to their own security and operational policies.
Preview Media, Fonts And External Assets
The main landing-page preview no longer uses an embedded Vimeo player. It is prepared as three local 512 x 512 GIF/image placeholders. When the final GIF files are added, your browser will request those image files from the website host or from the CDN used to deliver them.
If the final preview GIF files are served from Bunny CDN, Bunny CDN may process technical request data needed to deliver those files, as described in the bunny.net Privacy & Data Policy.
Some project links may still open Vimeo or other external websites in a new tab. Once you follow those links, the external service is responsible for its own data practices, including any cookies or similar technologies described in the Vimeo Privacy Policy.
The XR and AR pages also load some third-party libraries, fonts and model-viewer resources from providers such as Google Fonts, A-Frame, unpkg and GitHub Pages. These providers may receive standard technical request data when those pages are opened.
Cookies And Browser Storage
This project does not set its own tracking cookies. The only project storage identified is the local language preference described above.
Third-party services opened from project links, or any embedded third-party service added later, may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time.
Purposes And Legal Basis
Any technical processing connected with loading the website is used for delivery, security, troubleshooting and maintenance of the project. The usual legal basis is legitimate interest in making the artistic experience available and secure.
If a third-party service requires consent for non-essential cookies or trackers, that consent is governed by the relevant provider and by the way the service is embedded on the page.
Retention
The project itself does not keep a visitor database. The language preference remains in your browser until you clear it. Server, CDN and third-party media logs are retained by the relevant providers according to their own policies.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Because this project does not run user accounts or visitor databases, most privacy requests will relate either to technical logs held by hosting/CDN providers or to third-party media services.
If you are in the European Union, you may also contact your national data protection authority. In France, that authority is the CNIL.
Children
This project is a public art and culture experience. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.
Updates
This page may be updated when the project changes, especially when the final preview GIF files are added or when their hosting/CDN delivery changes.
